Refund policy

Our Jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. We assure you that these items are free from any manufacturing defects for 2 years starting from the purchase date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, loss, or unsuccessful repair attempts.

Return Policy:

1. We offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order. The items must remain in their original condition without signs of use and damage, and complete with all original packaging.
2. Items those are not adhere to our return policy terms will be sent back to you at your own expense.
3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

• We offer 30-day exchanges on our products. Simply initiate returns and proceed to place a new order on our website for the item you wish to receive in exchange.

How to initiate returns?

1. Simply log in to the store navigation page using your email matching the order placement. You'll receive a six-digit verification code via email. (Refer to screenshots below for instructions)
2. View orders and submit return request; your return will be reviewed and responded to within 2 business days.
3. A return label will be created at a flat rate of $15 which will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
4. As soon as we receive your products in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation and your return will be processed within 7 business days.
